Over the span of 21 days in Goa, you’ll dive into the practices of Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, and Restorative yoga techniques.
Our experienced and nurturing teachers will guide you through yoga philosophy, meditation, anatomy, alignment, teaching methodology, and pranayama breathing techniques. Although this 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training is primarily designed for aspiring yoga teachers, it is open to all levels—from beginners to those with some yoga experience who wish to deepen their knowledge and self-healing practices.
